hi Patrick, i skimmed your note, was going to get back to it. i downloaded it a few weeks ago, but never got it to work. so i figured i had better things to do :-) i thot i read it's only available during certain (small) hours of the day. w/ all you computer problems, I'm sure you know to try it out on one of your backup PC's. I've learned my lesson several times over never to install branny new software on my main machine. it does sound like a good idea tho. I recall lind-waldock had a streaming squawk box too, but that was more than a year or 2 ago I checked that. i don't recall being able to hear the crowd noise, just the few close voices. could be differently placed mic however. crowd noise would be most useful.
