market an audio filter for the obvious repeated droning that CNBC broadcasts :-)

You mean comments like, The Techs are on Fire!!!

The least they could do is change it to En Fuego!! once in awhile.

Funny thing could happen with this audio though. I was two rooms away a few minutes ago and heard a shout,

BUY 'EM

I could see myself setting up an order on the computer, hearing that blare behind me and flying in an order to buy a few dozen contracts by mistake. Came across like that guy in the commercial that was scaring the pigeons.

Other than that it's just background noise. Kinda neat but it fades into the subconscious. Most of the time you are trying to see the charts anyway and make a decision. One thing is that it is faster than the quotes on the screen, which is real handy. Plus, the voice gives you size when it changes significantly and that takes out an element that you might waste a moment looking for.

It has pluses and minuses. The voice becomes something that you do not notice until the trading gets heavy, and other than the possibility of having someone yell "BUY 'EM" in your ear when you happen to be about ready to pull the trigger it's not so bad.
