Bosco - Great call! Another paranoid musing: Do you think the Reverand Al is being bankrolled by the RNC in order to poison the well of public opinion towards Al Gore? If his involvement gets widely publicized, I wouldn't be surprised to see the percentage of respondents who want Gore to concede immediately hits 75% or more in the next poll.

He's planning to bring his travelling revue to town on Friday to demonstrate in front of the Supreme Court building, so Gore's best hope is that the Democrats can induce David Duke to mount a similar campaign on behalf of Bush.

A lawsuit by Al Sharpton in Miami is just a sideshow. Obviously he doesn't have standing since he doesn't live in Florida, so the case should be quickly (and quietly) dismissed.

By the way, whatever happened to Warren Christopher? He seems to have vanished? Did he become disillusioned with the Gore efforts? Or did he object to some tactics? Any ideas what happened to him?
