The votes WERE counted and then recounted. There's no need for a subjective hand recount but several of those were done as well. Enough's enough. Even with the Florida Supremes rewriting the laws the dem controlled canvassing boards either couldn't or wouldn't get the job done by the mandated deadline. Gore loses. End of story. JLA

If Gore truly wanted Florida to "count all of the votes", as he preached last night, he could have easily made that part of his contest. But no, he doesn't want ALL the votes counted, does he?

There was a time limitation. It was almost tripled by the FLSC. Still could not get enough votes.
