I'll wait for severe weakness and selling and I plan to buy into that if/when the time comes, and it looks like it may come... otherwise, I'll let this volatility play itself out and buy into any reasonable buy signal on the daily charts... I think the next move for the Feds is to change their bias from tightening to neutral and I also expect the next series of Fed moves to be in the direction of loosening... this initial change of bias could occur as soon as the December FOMC meeting and if it does, this could be the impetus these markets need for that forthcoming rally which I still expect to see soon enough..... now is the time to ignore the herd mentality and buy into weakness across the board, not sell in fear.....IMHO...<g>
