Strictly desktop PC and workgroup scale servers (including low end web servers). I see INTC's commanding lead unaffected in large (the most profitable) servers, and little affected (or completely unaffected) in the notebook space.

What I think keeps getting missed is that a gradual decline in market share in desktops and small servers will have little effect on Intel - but allows AMD to be fabulously successful. If Intel grows 5% instead of 10%, it leaves room for AMD to grow 100%.
