Relative to SI posts 91927 and 91944? Were the Florida legislature to do this and accompany such a decision with a Joint Floridian House-Senate Resolution requesting that Florida's electors be so accepted (12 for Bush; 12 for Gore and one for Nader), it just might pass muster and could set a new and fair precedent for any future disputes of the kind we're witnessing today. Seems like a fair solution and one which would fairly reflect the will, the intent, of Florida's voters.
