Why hasn't he requested a fair recount of all of those 26 counties?

Can you cite the Florida code that gives Bush the right to request recounts at this point, other than to contest an election that he has already won???

It's interesting that Gore and minions hold up the popular vote of the US as virtue while disrespecting the popular vote of Florida, esp. military ballots.

It's clear that Gore is just trying to wipe out Fl's electors on Dec. 12.

There's only 25 counties in Florida where it would make a difference anyway
(punch card counties). The vast majority of those ballots exist in Palm
Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Gore is hitting the vast majority with
recounts in those 3 counties.>>

Actually, according to the head Goron, you are wrong. Either Al is concentrating on Dem Counties becuase they were too ignorant to figure out the ballot and/or ask for help, too cheap to upgrade or Al Goron is a prophet. He can tell without counting that fewer mistakes were made in Republican Counties. Amazing.

He squinted into the sun to field other
questions. He said he was contesting the
tally in Florida's heavily Democratic
Miami-Dade county – and two others – but
not Republican-leaning areas because
that's where the counting mistakes were
concentrated.

"One thing to remember is that the old
and cheap, outdated machinery is usually
found in areas with populations that are
of lower income, minorities, seniors on
fixed incomes," Gore said.
