Yeah, Barry got pissed at forehead. Told the judge, gee this guy wants everything he asks for and he keeps asking three times what your honor has already denied. Forehead is quite brilliant though, you have to give it to him.

Like being eating by a duck. Was that the line he used twice? Once in direct reference to something Boies wanted. lol.

I like the guy, and I don't think he is going to walk into any landmines. Its going to be a tough sell for Boies.

I also think this judge is not going to show his cards until late in the game.
