That depends. If it becomes clearer than the "re-counts" are simply a way of cheating, or if the clock runs out and the Florida legislature either picks the electors or Florida loses its electoral votes, then I think it will be acceptable.

And if it's done wrongly, we'll ask Spain to take them back. :-)
