Neocon, thanks for the information. As I indicated earlier, I was not aware of the history. It does not surprise me that there are opposing views. I was thinking that there had to be another side of this or George SR. would have had a tough time in US politics. tp

You should point out that the bank was politically "bailed out" because of the Harrimens and not the Bushs. The Bushes just rode the coatails for money.

... Mezz - I guess selling weapons to both Iran and Iraq came naturally to Pappy George. LOL
