You nay be right but what I thought was that the box or line or whatever was left off of the ballots for the voter to enter his number. I thought the voter was supposed to fill that part in himself.

Neocon, are you saying the Republican applications were sent out void of the ID numbers and the Democratic applications had them preprinted on the application? I honestly have never had to fill in a voter ID numbers so I'm not sure what they are, but if I understand you correctly the court could rule many ways, one being to throw out all prefilled in applications...or allow all.

Two questions:

1) What is a Voter ID number?

2) Do you have any links to the information on how these applications were sent out and what parts were filled in?
