I still feel Gore will concede before there is any final count of votes in the courts. The longer the process gets drawn out, the more frustrating it will become for the public and for him. It is all well and good to feel that he should contest the election -- it makes a lot of sense a priori. But once the contest drags on, perception changes. It is no secret here that I supported Gore in the election, but I DO NOT want him to win this way -- he would have all the Presidential standing of a soapdish if he did. It would do no good for the Democratic party, and no good for the country. He will come to this realization shortly.
