I think the Seminole case is the best chance Gore has to win the presidency, and ironically Gore lawyers can't go anywhere NEAR it because of Gore's stance that "every vote must count".

I think time is against him in all other scenarios. He doesn't have enough time for another full recount in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, and Harris won't accept partial recounts.

On the other hand, if Bush loses the Seminole case I see no way he can win the numbers game in Florida. The only way Bush can get the presidency then is if the Florida Legislature ignores the election result (which would have Bush losing by about 4,000 votes), and gives him the 25 Florida electors.
