I do not support corporation dumping, but in the case of GE they were dumping within the state laws where they were dumping at that time. This situation shows how important regulations in this area are since the corporations will do what ever is within the law.

I believe it was a while ago when it was legal. Certainly not moral.

Edit: I see Joan weighed in on the legal issue, so it was probably OK. Bastards should be killed, though, for the after effects.
