Milan: "Call me naive, but what's to prevent someone from trying to buy the company out at these firesale prices? I think Motorola might be an excellent suitor. How can the company mount a defense to protect its shareholders who bought at much higher prices?" Flash alone is probably conservatively valued at $20/share...Throw in the huge potential of the leading edge microprocessor division and you get minimum $50...Just have to see what happens on the takeover front!!!
