Well, there were 5,000 defective absentee ballots in Seminole county that were "fixed" by unsupervised republican campaign workers . So the election wasn't corrupt, it was just broken until the republican workers had a chance to "fix" it.

The near impossibility of such proof is why we have the concept of "appearance of impropriety." I am no Al Gore fan, but the combination of brother/guv and SOS/campaign manager creates a pretty strong stink in my book.
