f. simons, RE: The near impossibility of such proof is why we have the concept of "appearance of impropriety." I am no Al Gore fan, but the combination of brother/guv and SOS/campaign manager creates a pretty strong stink in my book.

Come to think of it, you're right. No way should we let anyone with a bias be in a position to make important choices in an election.

If we got rid of all the people with an appearance of impropriety, I would get to personally appoint a winner.

That's ok with me.

f. simons - are you saying that the election of jeb bush & the appointment of the SOS were improper or fraudulent? These people are legitimately in office because the public trusts them to perform their legal functions. Talk to me about Hillary Clinton running the healthcare task force.
