For some reason, neither the SEC nor any other governmental bodies seem to have taken much of an interest in this rather obvious, uh, "promotion". I wouldn't expect the SEC to get involved to any greater extent than the minimum interest it showed in Bradford. Slap on the wrist. I thought there was an injunction in place against Reed as a result of the FTC case which prohibited him from doing a number of things. I wonder if he violated its terms? Presumably not to any extent that interested the Feds. In the meantime, volume is up and the price is down. Wonder who's buying?
