Yeah. I saw Christopher on TV last night I think it was, and he was pretty subdued. I wonder how this whole thing will play out. It's very interesting.

There was some Vietnamese-American dood on CNBC just now that brought up a really interesting point. He thinks that this legal thing is not about state's rights vs. federal rights, but more about liberal interpretation of existing law vs. conservative interpretation of existing law. I think he's right.

That's why I have to laugh every time I hear Boies proclaim loudly to every judge he's in front of that the judge has this mighty awesome power. I think Boies has this idea that a judge has the power to pretty much interpret the law in whatever way he or she chooses. I think it's a very calculated attempt to lead a judge down whatever path Boies wants them to go. It worked pretty well in the Florida Supreme Court, but this Good Old Boy he's in front of now doesn't seem to be too exicted about Dave's concept of the law. It's really interesting. I understand both sides of the argument.
