How can it be documented in biographies that Kennedy won the 1960 election because he had a deal with the Chicago mob when he would have won the election even if he had lost Illinois. Are you saying the Chicago mob used it's influence to change the outcome of other states elections?
Nixon only got about 220 electoral votes and Illinois had less than 30.
