I know I didn't. I have however, said that a ballot the machine cannot read should be counted. That doesn't mean it is a ballot with no choice. It is, simply, a ballot that the machine cannot read. There is a huge difference. You know, this is where all that debate about hanging chads, dimpled chads, etc. comes in.
