No, it's just that the optically scanned ballots have a decreased error rate so we get closer to the actual number of people who did not vote for a Presidential candidate.

Selectric _ I heard the same interview and was apalled! For Gore to intimate that Palm Beach County is not "wealthy" relative to other Florida counties is totally absurd! PBC is one of the nation's wealthiest counties.

More disinformation from the Democrats: Africans
were "disenfranchised" in Florida. In fact, the
national polls indicate that Africans vote in
greater percentages than Whites. Also of note, the
Middle Class is less likely to vote than the Rich
or Poor. That is exit poll data that Jessie, Al,
and Bill don't want you to know.
