S1's VerticalOne Unit To Merge With Yodlee

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -(Dow Jones)- VerticalOne Corp., a unit of S1 Corp. (SONE), agreed to merge with another account aggregation services provider, Yodlee, based in Redwood Shores, Calif.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Friday, Yodlee said S1 will retain about a 32% stake of the combined company.

Yodlee and VerticalOne currently manage nearly $10 billion in assets and 88 customers of their Internet applications products.

The merger is expected to close by the end of the year.

Trading of S1 shares was halted at about 2:12 p.m. EST. The last trade was $5.94.
