That wasn't the argument. We have both stipulated that optical scanning is better than punch cards. We are talking about percentage of no votes for President. That number will be roughly constant irrespective of the voting aparatus used. My question to you is - Is it expected that 1.5% of the population would cast no vote for President, as has been suggested by the VNS exit poll and the 10700 ballot in Miami Dade?
