change the rules of an election after the election has occurred e-bill, I can see you never took a course in Jurisprudence. The rules were already there before the election. They were up there floating around on the ceiling of the Florida Supreme Court. <g> It was only necessary for the Florida court to divine the intent of the legislature in enacting conflicting statutes. They did this by using standard rules of judicial construction.
