IBM and CPQ have missed over and over again or thereabouts. You are making a case that the market is irrational and arbitrarily removes capitalization to some %. If that is the case maybe the chimp throwing darts would be a good way to pick stocks. Maybe chimps are running around giving the 1/2 off deal but I don't think it works this way. If it did I would hire a chimp. david
