This company is becoming more of a joke all the time. A couple of months ago I had my account close due to a "billing error". I spent hours on hold but finally got it straightened out..... I thought. Received my CC statement yesterday and find that I was double charged for the 2 months of Sept. and Oct. Yep, $360+ for 2 months. Called their billing dept. and they don't have any record of charging me the second time. Had to send them a copy of my statement to prove it.

To top it off I just received an email from customer support claiming I haven't paid for Sept. and Oct. and if I don't pay up my account will be terminated Monday morning Dec. 4.... Unreal....

I suggest that everyone keep a close eye on what this "company" is doing on your CC account.
