same e-mail.
same hrsht in the content.

you play by the rules, and pay like a clock, and this is how you get treated.
it's happened to me three or four times in the two years i've been with the service. never an apology.
never a personal reply.

dropped quotes and narrow bandwidth is one thing, but jacking' around with the billing is something different.

this kid they have answering the phone in "customer service"
should be let go. there's nothing personable or pleasant about contacting them at all.
in my case anyway, it's always been their mistake, and my fault.

i'm getting real close to having had enough.
