Liberals can't fathom that maybe 30 cents out of a dollar gets to the intended target when passed through the governmental maze.....plus they have no idea what their programs have done to the family structure over the last 40 years or so.

I'd rather start at the source of the problem ... corporate welfare. How does it feel, as a small businessman, to pay 20-plus percent in income taxes every year while GE pays 8 percent and several other Big Businesses pay zero percent?
