Then why did Gore offer to recount in all counties, even prior to the SC ruling? Does he advocate trampling the law?

Harris's deadlines are prescribed by law. I'm still amazed that you and others can't seem to grasp those requirements. In one line you guys say that she's simply ministerial, and in the next, you claim that she had the power to deviate. Which is it?!?!?!

Amazing...

The Florida law is reasonably clear, a candidate has 72 hours to request a hand recount in up to 4 counties.

Can you post a link to this law.....??? specifically on the "in up to 4 counties".
You are the 2nd one to post that in here but I havent been able to find a link to it..........

thanks

Please explain what you mean by Katherine Harris's, "artificial deadlines," including appropriate factual and legal citations in support of your position. Do you mean the statutory deadlines? Do you mean the extended deadlines imposed by the Florida Supreme Court? Do you mean something else? Can you come clean on this?
