Jim,

Come on get a grip.

First except for last couple of days the DOW was doing MUCH better than NAZ.

This points to your thesis that the tech wreck is due to political uncertainty as BALONEY.

Finally there are certain stocks that ARE DIRECTLY affected by a BUSH win.

HEALTH stocks and TOBBACCO are 2 segments. If you take the time to analyze these 2 areas - they are trading at close to the HIGHs for the year,

Instead of your continual whining - try and think before you keep posting this BS about gore/bush uncertainty of last 3 weeks ruining your product portfolio over last 12 months.

As a good republican - remember the mantra of personal responsibility - take a deep breath and smell the roses.

regards,

Kash

Jim, Interesting test of the butterfly ballot:
newscientist.com

Looks like Gore does have more than enough votes locked into the system to win. Of course if the fed court looks deeper and sees that the Dems dragged too many incapable people into the polling stations it will backfire.
Only good way not is to have Florida vote all over.
Of course that will never happen so we sill see this court thing drag on. the Florida legsilature will appeal etc and when 12 dec rools round will pick Bush anyway as that is the federal deadline. now they are all jockying for timing etc for this to happen(reps)/not happen.(dems).

Thiscould be over on 12 dec. It will not end before. if Florida ends it on 12 Dec I doubt the fed court will overturn it??

In any event it will hang over the market like a lead cloud until it is settled either way.

What i would like to know is how much can the assorted courst interfere with the Florida legislature when the 12Dec deadline is seemingly inflexible?
