Office had to close at 5pm on Sunday. When the SC ruled Tuesday night, K Harris office issued a statment that her office would be open to 5pm on Sunday. When PB asked for an extension at 3pm on Sunday, she legally could not say, "I decided to close anyway..." because she was ALREADY open. Are you saying she has no discretion over when her own office is open? Come on. No one disputes that she could have taken the Palm Beach recount if she had wanted to.
