See how the RSI looks stronger than the price chart?

Hi Poet,

I find that I am developing some bad habits writing calls...while I usually am pretty good at picking a good day to write calls (when the stock is strong), I can't resist the urge to micromanage it during the period before expiry...i usually just write the front-money option, get some really nice premiums but i can't leave well enough alone...I end up writing and re-writing a couple of times a month (lately because the stock drops on me)...I capture a fair degree of the premium when i recover but when I add up what i earn in a particular month by doing more frequent rewrites i rarely find that i made more than simply writing once and letting it the option expire worthless...is this a common affliction?

P.S. I do think I can actually keep writing against my TXN stock all the way down to 0.00 cost base at the rate this market is going, I just don't want to get caught on the wrong side of a write when this mythical rally everybody thinks will happen does materialize (I personally don't see it, but then what do i know)...
