What kind of help do you need?

If you are asking how we can improve the United States in such a way that the problems inner city youth face then I would say to vote Democratic would be the best answer. If you look at how during Bush's administration Texas rankings have went down in most all of the categories (which would help these youth) with an open mind you will agree that he would be a poor person to trust such an important undertaking to.
