I hope that the U.S. Supreme Court will clarify the role of state courts in presidential elections. As I understand it, one big issue is that the Constitution says that it's up to the legislatures to determine how electors are selected. I understand that the audio tape of the oral arguments will be broadcast tomorrow, and it will be really interesting to hear.
