I'm getting dense becasue I'm not sure what you mean. I use MSN Explorer for e-mail at work and a tbcnet.com at home.

Frank is this necessary. I think to myself as more and business uses email and attachment of papers the fax machines becomes less and less needed. Yet if the system does not deliver the clients are back to the fax room cursing . So are their techs responsible for not seeing this prior to breakdown? Why isnt there a back up system to kick in when one kicks out?
