I can't tell what happens until it does happen. I pointed that out simply to alert you that if it DOES turn up, it could possibly resemble a Double Hump buy signal. No guarantees, but it is a possible indication of a bottom. If you combine what you are looking at already with the RSI signal, it might help you form an opinion. I look at all this stuff just to try and make sense out of what is going on. I doubt if the market will be stable until somebody decides that we have an actual president. I have my personal opinions on that too, of course. I've talked to many long term investors in the last week. People with very large amounts of money in the market. They all asked me one question, should they sell and get out and not take any more damage. They have all been crushed by the action in the last 4 months. I take this as a strong sign that they have capitulated. I told them all that selling at a bottom is the wrong thing to do.
