After the certification on Sunday, most of you were sure that Gore would be forced to concede. Now it appears he is not even considering that option. Do you now agree there will be no concession without a count of those disputed ballots? If Bush is installed without a concession from Gore, how does it affect his Presidency? No sarcasm please.
These are serious questions.
