Thanks for the update Jerry,

I have never complained about their service.. although it has been down right sh!ttee.. I will be glad to to catch up and pay for any back charges.. I had noticed they have always been erratic with charging my credit card.. so I assumed they would catch up.. without a "harsh termination notice" like it was my fault..

So that was the reason, I was p!ssed, plus the lousy service I have put up with silently ..
