The former clerks on MSNBC are predicting 5-4 or 6-3 Bush unless the minority persuades the majority to hold back entirely. I think the election is more than a sideshow, especially for trading as opposed to investing purposes.

Hey Guys-
Listening to the audio of the Supreme Court was fascinating. I'm a former Political Science student and to try and interpert the legal manuverings and jargon was complicated, yet simplistic. The argument for judicial restraint is a good one- especially since the Justices like to rule on issues that affect the public, instead of a power struggle. I look for the middle of the road justices to do exactly that- stay out of the issue/ Wjhat do you think?

As for the economy and elections- analysts are just looking for an excuse, and the election is it.
