Both parties are utilizing our legal system, and that's a better alternative than taking to the streets like they do in some countries. However, guess which party has the most lawsuits pending. The GOP. They have filed twice as many lawsuits as Democrats. Who filed the first suit in Florida? The GOP. So, who is abusing our legal system?

witnessing a truly historic abuse of the court system Yes but it is the Bush campaign doing the abusing by their stalling and delay in order to prevent a timely decision on the merits.
