How is this relevant to a discussion of FL election laws?

Did this happen to you? Did you buy smething out of the back of a truck?

<I want to know what happens when I go purchase a diamond ring for $15,000 and it turns out it's stolen and the guy wants it back. It's not fair to tell me, an innocent party, that I have to give it back is it? >

lawdog -

Bad analogy. Using your analogy, the ring was stolen from you after you bought it. Therefore, you would be the person wanting the ring back.

Actually, just like a couterfeit dollar bill, you would have to return it and get nothing for it, even though you had nothing to do with the act of counterfeiting.
