Slider, he said that the drop wouldn't change anyone's drilling plans and I tend to agree. Most cap ex is still using $15-20/bbl as a guage to justify drilling. A drop from $33 to $23 wouldn't change most companies' plans to drill new wells. Would such a drop affect the OSX? Of course it would but I don't believe that's what Mr. Adkins was discussing. Service companies will still do relatively(very) well with oil prices in the $20-25 range, IMO. How those companies' stock prices will react to $22/oil, well, that's a whole other ball game.
