Then why weren't Democrats allowed to perform this merely ministerial act as well? Why had this merely ministerial act NEVER before been allowed? Why is this merely ministerial act a felony under Florida statutes.

You can't get rid of this with some right wing spin. It is patently unfair to allow only one party to increase it's voter rolls and pad the scale in their favor.
