Maurice,

Give me Bluetooth enabled display glasses (with integral battery) or a retinal scan along with your voice input.

Wap and I-Mode will be relegated to the vertical file far sooner than most think.

All the keypad, screen, WAP, I-Mode problems and limitations being bandied about by pundits are simply silly.

They're simply silly because they're predicated on a static vision of handsets and handset peripherals.

Will handsets and their peripherals remain static?

They're simply silly because input and display methodologies will be available at appropriate price points by the time they're needed for accessing data. When making a call - flick the retinal scan closed or put the glasses in your breast pocket - and get on with life!

Who would want to advance such dated concerns? Are they comforting prospects for those destined to low bandwidth?

But it will happen - by 1H 2002.

for two of many...
