No Nadine, ANYONE who has Mr. Gore's traits should NEVER be allowed to perform the duties of public office. And ANYONE who is willing to emulate such traits should NEVER be allowed to perform the duties of public office either. It's very simple really, there has to be an acceptable frame of reference...
