The USSC will most likely rule 5-4 in favor of Bush

Why is that likely?

I expect the Repub dominated legislature to act just as the Dem dominated Supreme Court did and vote to confirm the Bush elector slate along party lines.

The Fl.S.Ct did not make a partisan decision. The US S.Ct. will say as much. The Only reason for the GOP dominated legisalture to pass a law making Bush President is to give Dubya an insurance policy.

3: Bush has been certified winner at both the original and extended deadline under FL law. The burden of proof for overturning an election is higher in the contest phase. The results are in and Bush has won.

Until all the ballots are counted we will not know anything about the vote with certainty.

4: 60% (and growing) believe Gore should concede including about one third of his own supporters.

That's wrong. Gore's support is getting stronger. Sorry to ruin your fanatasy.
