Brian,

I'm not sure what definition of "Tertiary Companies" you're using.

PRIA is a clear leader in the niches in which it offers products. Clearly, it doesn't have AMAT's revenues, earnings or market cap. If those numbers are the yardstick for Primary vs Tertiary, I accept your statement.

If leadership in the niches in which it competes is the yardstick, then I believe that a strong case for PRIA being a Primary company exists. Even if the SI spell checker can't catch me referring to its products as TurboStAckers rather then TurboStOckers. Somehow, I don't think SI will attempt to remove this "bug" from their software. ;^)

Ian.

Brian, OT re PRIA

Just started going through my Alerts. Saw this one.

Headline: PRI Automation Expands Worldwide Manufacturing Production
Capacity
Through Strategic Partnership with Shinsung Engineering Co.
LimitedManufacturing Capabilities Expanded in Asia to Meet Increases in
Semiconductor Industry Demand for Automation Products

3 Points in that headline:

1. Increased demand.
2. PRIA is making inroads into DaiFuKu's (or however it spells its name) leadership in that region of the world.
3. Far East is accepting the necessity for automation.
