kenneth - "The trial court judge should have the intestinal fortitude to order the disputed ballots counted quickly. That does not appear to be happening." but if he did that, without taking any evidence, wouldn't he in effect be granting Gore the remedy he seeks without a trial, and thus violating Bush's due process afforded him under the law. Surely you can't say we should violate Bush's due process
